Team members contribute to empowering clients with knowledge and solutions that promote lasting financial well-being. /n Role Description /n This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Telesales Representative and Receptionist. The role involves handling incoming calls, making outbound telesales calls to prospects, and presenting Befiqrr.com's financial products and services clearly and accurately. The individual will welcome and direct visitors, manage front-desk inquiries, and maintain professional communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs and customer records, following up on leads, scheduling appointments or consultations for financial advisors, and providing basic information about services and processes. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, supporting customer issue resolution, and ensuring a smooth, friendly experience for all clients and visitors. /n Qualifications /n /n Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening. /n Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a client-centric approach. /n Candidates should possess Sales skills, including telesales capability, lead follow-up, and basic understanding of financial products. /n Candidates should possess Training-related skills such as the ability to learn product details quickly and share accurate information with clients. /n Relevant qualifications include prior experience in telesales, reception, or front-office roles; familiarity with financial services is an advantage. /n Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with phone systems and office software, strong organizational abilities, and a professional, courteous demeanor. /n A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred. /n .
