The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with prospective clients, and have the ability to generate quality site visits through effective calling and follow-ups.
Requirements
Spoken English is mandatoryMinimum 1 year of Tele calling experience in Real EstateExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong convincing and negotiation abilitiesComfortable working with CRM and lead management systemsAbility to handle customer objections professionallyTarget-driven and self-motivated personalityRoles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customersExplain project details and answer customer queriesGenerate customer interest and schedule site visitsMaintain regular follow-ups with interested prospectsUpdate customer information and call records in CRMCoordinate with the sales team for site visit schedulingAchieve monthly site visit targetsMaintain professional relationships with customersSalary & Benefits
