Required Skills & Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or a similar role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer objections professionally. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
