Job Overview
VGM Consultants Limited is hiring Telecallers for its Non-DRA and DRA Processes. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, interacting with customers, explaining company services, maintaining call records, and achieving daily performance targets. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Explain products and services to customers and address their queries.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 05 Years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply)
Age: 1830 Years
Good communication skills in Punjabi and Haryanvi.
Basic communication skills in Hindi and English are preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
