Role & responsibilities:
Develop Training Curriculum:
Collaborate with sales leadership to assess training needs and objectives.
Design comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different sales teams and skill levels.
Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support learning objectives.
Deliver Training Sessions:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for sales teams, both in-person and virtually.
Facilitate workshops, role-playing exercises, and simulations to reinforce learning and skill development.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to improve performance.
Sales Process and Techniques:
Educate sales representatives on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Train teams on the company's sales process, CRM systems, and other tools to optimize sales performance.
Share best practices and real-world examples to illustrate key concepts and inspire success.
Product and Industry Knowledge:

We are looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, sales processes, and CRM systems.
Ability to tailor training content to different learning styles and skill levels.
Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on driving performance improvement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and development .
