A telecaller initiates and receives telephone calls to pitch products, qualify leads, answer queries, and support customer service. This role requires transparent verbal communication, basic computer skills, active listening, and resilience to handle rejection.
Job Responsibilities
Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to recent leads or existing clients to promote products, services, or events.
Handle Inbound Queries: Answer incoming questions, resolve basic issues, and guide callers properly.
Follow Scripts: Use provided sales scripts or conversation guides effectively while keeping a natural tone.
Update Records: Log call results, customer feedback, and follow-up times accurately in the CRM system.
Meet Daily Goals: Complete set daily targets for call volume, talk time, and lead generation.
Compensation: 10,000.00 - 25,201.50 per month
