Territory: Bihar & Jharkhand

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage).
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the transportation, logistics, C&F, or supply chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, transportation operations, dispatch planning, customer servicing, and regional operations.
• Proven experience in handling teams and managing multiple operational locations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Experience in cement logistics, manufacturing logistics, 3PL, freight forwarding, or transportation companies will be highly preferred.
