Experience: 4 to 10 Years in Insurance / Bancassurance
Key Responsibilities
Handling 6-8 Relationship Manager's Team.
Business Development & Sales Management
Drive insurance sales through allocated bank branches.
Achieve business targets in terms of premium, policies, and productivity.
Relationship Management with Bank Branches
Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
Ensure active engagement and support from banking partners.
Drive insurance business through effective branch activation and relationship building.
Act as the single point of contact between the bank and SUD Life Insurance.
Customer Acquisition & Service
Training & Capability Development
Operational & Compliance Management
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Eligibility Criteria
Life Insurance experience is mandatory
Bancassurance channel experience preferred
Strong sales and relationship management skills
Good communication and presentation abilities
Proven track record of achieving business targets
Ability to work closely with banking partners and customers
