01Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Identify and prospect current potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing objections.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience and product delivery.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote company products/services.
Manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of current business.
Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer retention and identify upselling/cross-selling prospects. .
