Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at this company, your role will involve being the first point of contact for clients, making them aware of the product benefits, and striving to acquire them. You should have a keen interest in Business Development for Software Application products/solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching potential leads from various sources such as the open market, web searches, and digital resources.
- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Meeting with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations as potential clients.
- Meeting prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and highlighting product features and benefits to drive conversions.
- Prospecting, educating, qualifying, and generating interest for sales Opportunities.
- Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform.
Key Requirements for this role include:
- Willingness to travel on the field on a daily basis.
- Possession of a vehicle with a valid driving License (DL).
- Comfort with working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with a week off between Monday to Thursday.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
