Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying current business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, expand product offerings, and improve profitability within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics) to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales Executive role or similar position in FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of Enquiry Management principles and practices.
- Excellent Lead Generation skills through effective communication with customers.
- Proficiency in Retail Planning & Merchandising concepts. .
