Responsible for targets allocated to BranchesManaging Team of 7-10 FOS and motivate them to achieving the business targets.Interacting with the circle head and maintaining cordial relationship for facilitating businessProviding necessary support to BANCA RETAIL PARTNER employees for insurance sales and addressing any queriesTeam Handling across GeographiesManaging FLS ProductivityInitiatives at FGM/Circle level to Drive penetration & productivity in branchesTraining, driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applicationsConduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targetsEducate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the marketBuild relationship with the business partners and manage concerned stakeholders .
