Job Description

Overview

As a Salesforce Senior Test Analyst, your role will involve: - Developing and executing functional, SIT, and regression test cases for Salesforce Lightning. - Analysing user stories to create transparent and traceable test scenarios and test data. - Validating end-to-end business processes, integrations, and data flows. - Logging, tracking, and managing defects in Jira and maintaining test assets in qTest. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery in Agile sprints. - Providing test estimates, reporting progress, and supporting release readiness. - Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of experience as a Test Analyst, focusing on Salesforce platforms. - Proven experience in delivering testing outcomes on Salesforce Lightning projects, preferably within the Australian banking sector. - Hands-on expertise in Functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and regression testing. - Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, data behavior, and data flow across integrated systems. - Demonstrated ability to validate end-to-end business processes and ensure data integrity within Salesforce. - Proficiency in Jira for defect management and qTest for test case management. - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. The company is looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams. Nice-to-have skills include exposure to test automation tools like Tosca or Playwright, understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
