Test Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate testing schedules, resource allocation, and test environment availability across multiple concurrent projects
- Track testing progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines
- Act as the primary point of contact between QA teams, project managers, developers, and business stakeholders
- Consolidate and report testing status, defect metrics, and risk areas across projects to leadership
- Facilitate test planning, kickoff, and status review meetings across teams
- Coordinate test data and test environment requests with infrastructure and DevOps teams
- Track dependencies across test teams and escalate scheduling conflicts or resource constraints proactively
- Maintain centralized documentation of test plans, schedules, and project-level testing artifacts
- Support onboarding of new test resources by coordinating access, tools, and process orientation
- Drive process standardization and best practices across distributed test teams
