Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing and delivery for Core Banking transformation programs.Manage project planning, execution, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication.Drive SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.Lead and mentor testing teams while ensuring quality delivery.Collaborate with clients, business users, and project stakeholders.
Required Experience
Strong functional knowledge of Core Banking products:CASATerm DepositsLoansOverdraftsClearingPaymentsGeneral Ledger (GL)Hands-on experience in Flexcube (FCUBS/FCR) and/or Finacle.Recent Core Banking project experience (current or within the last 8 years).Experience in Retail, Corporate, Islamic Banking, and Trade Finance domains.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
