The opportunity
As Test Lead, you will be accountable & responsible to lead a team of testers, developing Test Scenarios, Test cases. Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones, resolve problems through stakeholders discussion. Identify and track defects, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong understanding of Software testing methodologies and tools
- Ability to plan, organize and manage testing activities within a project timeline
- Good Knowledge Wealth & Private Banking, Core Banking
- Valuable knowledge in Temenos Transact T24, TAP Triple A Plus
- Good Knowledge in Industry adopted Test Management Tool
To qualify for the role, you must have
- BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc. /
- 6-8 years of Testing experience in Wealth & Private banking, Core banking
- Must have worked in implementations of Temenos Transact T24 , TAP Triple A Plus
- Must have worked in implementations of Transformation and Upgrade engagement
