End to end test management activities Be First point of contact to plan and manage test execution and responsible for timely delivery Monitor daily operations, create execution reports and communicate to stakeholders on regular basis. Maintain QA metrics, implement innovations and processes, monitor the improvements Regular connect with stakeholders to understand the test progress outcome and improvement areas. Regular connect with vendors on the focus points, discuss the improvement areas. Manage cross vendor teams and making sure they are delivering to the best of the business needs. Accurately plan to achieve the business objectives while closely working with the business stakeholders Actively communicate all relevant information to/from the team, ensuring close collaboration within team and with other relevant stakeholders. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop your team to achieve the agreed objectives .
