01Key Responsibilities
- End to end test management activities
- Be First point of contact to plan and manage test execution and responsible for timely delivery
- Monitor daily operations, create execution reports and communicate to stakeholders on regular basis.
- Maintain QA metrics, implement innovations and processes, monitor the improvements
- Regular connect with stakeholders to understand the test progress outcome and improvement areas.
- Regular connect with vendors on the focus points, discuss the improvement areas. Manage cross vendor teams and making sure they are delivering to the best of the business needs.
- Accurately plan to achieve the business objectives while closely working with the business stakeholders
- Actively communicate all relevant information to/from the team, ensuring close collaboration within team and with other relevant stakeholders.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop your team to achieve the agreed objectives on time and according to budget.
- Ensure that KONE and testing practices, policies, procedures and processes are met by yourself and your team members (including external providers).
