Key Responsibilities
**
- **Vendor Management:**
- Provide strategic direction and governance for assigned supplier relationships
- Track and monitor supplier performance against measures and guidelines
- Drive governance and issue resolution for the assigned portfolio
- Identify opportunities to improve the supplier governance approach
- Perform recurring Business Review sessions with partners and suppliers
- Manage supplier governance activities and perform supplier-facing assessments
- Analyze supplier scorecards and surveys to measure performance
- **Portfolio Management:**
- Develop strong relationships with business customers
- Facilitate discussions with senior leaders from Cigna and suppliers
- Bring strategic thinking to Business Requirements, Agreements, and Statements of Work
- Collaborate with sourcing teams for supplier performance management
- Perform analysis on spend, expiring contracts, and renewals
- Execute terminations and non-renewals of supplier agreements
**Qualifications:**
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 11 13 years experience in third party management or global procurement
- Experience in developing relationships with Senior and Executive levels
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
- Strong negotiation and third-party management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management or related field
**Desired Experience:**
- Experience in health-related fields such as health services or insurance
- Knowledge of HIPAA and related US Healthcare concepts
- Exposure to Third Party Management systems and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
- Experience working in a matrix organization and with internal partners
- Experience in a broad range of indirect procurement categories
*Location & Hours of Work:*
- Full-time position, working 45 hours per week with expected overlap with US hours
- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
