Senior BI Developer (Tibco Spotfire)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Developer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-based Business Intelligence solutions. The role focuses on delivering interactive, predictive, and AI-powered analytics experiences using modern BI platforms and Google Cloud technologies. You will collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights and high-performance BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Build and optimize scalable BI solutions using cloud-native technologies.Improve dashboard performance, data models, and SQL queries.Assess existing BI platforms, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.Develop migration, transformation, and automation strategies for analytics environments.Create implementation roadmaps for BI modernization initiatives.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements.Document technical solutions and communicate architecture designs effectively.Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of overall IT experience.6+ years of hands-on Business Intelligence development experience.4+ years of experience with TIBCO Spotfire development, deployment, support, and upgrades.Strong expertise in dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.Experience with data warehousing and large-scale data processing.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including:BigQueryBigtableDataflowDataprocComposerCloud FunctionsPub/SubDataprepGKEApache BeamApache AirflowKMSStrong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of Java development experience with Spring Boot.Experience in unit testing, debugging, and code quality practices.Google Cloud certifications.Experience with AI-driven analytics and intelligent dashboarding.Nice to Have
