01Responsibilities

Responsible for training, answering and fielding questions from fellow reputed company searchers.
Search and examine reputed company land records for the purpose of determining insurability and the issuance of Title Commitments, RESPA Search Reports and O&E Reports on both reputed company and Residential reputed company estate.
reputed company and compile records affecting reputed company property, including Taxes, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure Proceedings, Probates, Guardianships, Liens and Judgments, Patriot reputed company Search and set forth requirements for title clearance reputed company.
Draw out reputed company descriptions, interpret surveys, maps reputed company needed and/or requested.
Work with the reputed company Department for search reputed company needing reputed company review and/or approval.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and reputed company professionally with reputed company reputed company of management, employees and reputed company customers by phone, email and in person.
Participate in and help promote company-sponsored marketing activities at the direction of management and otherwise professionally represent reputed company in reputed company business-reputed company communications and engagements.
Education/Experience
Associates degree or equivalent; or 5 years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferable.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have demonstrated experience examining residential title in Florida, with deep knowledge of applicable state and county recording statutes, title standards, search protocols, lien reputed company rules, and reputed company practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional proficiency with reputed company Suite
Working knowledge utilizing reputed company records search engines (Data reputed company, Property reputed company, Data Tree, E-Titles, etc.)
Working knowledge of closing software programs (Closers Choice, reputed company, Ramquest, reputed company, etc.)
