Location: Salt Lake Sector V Kolkata
Shift: Night Shift (flexible to work other shifts as required)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation & Schedule
CTC: 35,000
In-hand: 30,000
Working Days: 5 days per week
Off: 2 days (rotational)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound voice interactions for international healthcare customers.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and follow defined process guidelines.
Maintain quality and compliance standards while meeting productivity targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and process improvements.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
Skills: Excellent English verbal communication.
Willingness to work night shift and rotate shifts when required.
Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work in a target-driven environment. .
