Key Responsibilities
**
- Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
- Generate and manage qualified sales pipeline
- Identify and target key accounts in the US market
- Connect with decision-makers such as VPs, Directors, and Owners
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery/demo meetings
- Execute multi-channel campaigns involving calls, emails, and social media
- Maintain data in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Track activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
- Achieve 812 qualified meetings per month
- Complete 5070 outreach activities per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Maintain strong conversion ratios from lead to meeting to opportunity
**Mandatory Skills (Must Have):**
- 3-5 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (Outbound)
- Strong expertise in cold calling and email outreach
- Experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting
- Exposure to US and international sales
- Excellent communication skills and objection handling abilities
**Working Hours:**
- Night shift from 6.30pm to 3.30am
- Hybrid mode of work
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in engineering services, CAD, BIM, or technical sales
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Experience with multi-touch outbound campaigns
