01Responsibilities
Perform Current Owner Search (COS) and/or Full Owner Search (FOS) accurately. Search and examine public land records to determine property ownership and title history. Review deeds, mortgages, judgments, liens, tax records, easements, and legal descriptions. Identify title defects, encumbrances, and ownership transfers. Prepare title search reports as per client guidelines and SLA. Work with county records, online databases, and paid search websites. Ensure quality, productivity, and accuracy while meeting turnaround times. Coordinate with internal QC teams for issue resolution. Required Skills: Experience in COS (Current Owner Search) and/or FOS (Full Owner Search) . Knowledge of US real estate and mortgage title search process. Familiarity with county websites and paid title search tools. Understanding of deeds, liens, judgments, mortgages, tax records, easements, and legal descriptions. Good analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in US night shifts. Preferred Skills: Experience in multiple US states (FL, TX, CA, etc.). Exposure to Netronline, DataTrace, TitlePoint, DataTree, or similar title search tools. Experience in residential title search. .
