- Shift flexibility required to support any 9-hour shift within a 24-hour window on weekdays (24x7 rotational support).
- Shift timings may include: o 10:00 PM 7:00 AM IST o 6:00 AM 3:00 PM IST o 05:30 PM 02:30 AM IST o 8:30 AM 5:30 PM IST On-call support on a rotational basis during weekends and holidays.
