Team Lead/Assistant Manager - AML & KYC/Transaction Monitoring
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our AML & KYC/Transaction Monitoring team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML and KYC, with expertise in due diligence, operations, remediation, investigations, and risk event management.

Responsibilities
Lead the AML & KYC/Transaction Monitoring team to ensure effective implementation of AML and KYC policies and procedures.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of AML and KYC regulations and guidelines.Conduct KYC due diligence and remediation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Investigate and manage risk events related to AML and KYC.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AML and KYC processes.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track AML and KYC metrics and trends.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure the team is aligned with best practices.
Requirements
5-12 years of experience in AML and KYC, with a strong background in due diligence, operations, remediation, investigations, and risk event management.Strong knowledge of AML and KYC regulations and guidelines, including KYC due diligence and remediation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and manage risk events.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track AML and KYC metrics and trends.Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
