- BPO Executive: The frontline worker (like a call center agent) who directly handles customer calls, chats, or emails. They are responsible for resolving client issues and meeting specific daily targets (like handling time and customer satisfaction).
- HR Executive: The human resources qualified who manages the employee lifecycle. In a BPO, they handle recruitment, staff onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll, and employee grievance resolution.
- Team Leader (TL): The manager who directly supervises a group of BPO executives. They are responsible for training agents, monitoring call quality, coaching for performance, and ensuring the team meets its overall operational goals.
