Job Summary
Cognizant is hiring a Team Lead (TL) Pharmacovigilance to support global drug safety and pharmacovigilance operations. The role focuses on monitoring adverse events, preparing aggregate safety reports (PSURs), analyzing safety data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing technical leadership to the pharmacovigilance team. This is a hybrid role with rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate adverse event reports.
Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and company standards.
Analyze safety data and identify potential safety signals.
Prepare and submit Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs).
Support pharmaceutical research and development activities related to drug safety.
Improve pharmacovigilance and safety monitoring processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Develop strategies to enhance safety reporting efficiency.
Maintain accurate pharmacovigilance documentation.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
