E & Q Consultants is hiring Customer Support Executives for Top MNC BPO companies in Bangalore for both International and Domestic Voice Processes. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with good communication skills who are passionate about customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or accounts

• Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

• Follow company guidelines and achieve performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass / PUC / Graduate

• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills in English (mandatory for international process)

• Willing to work in rotational shifts / night shifts (for international process)

• Basic computer knowledge

Process Available:

• International Voice Process

• Domestic Voice Process
