We are looking for a Travel Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in the travel industry, and a willingness to learn travel operations and customer handling.
Responsibilities
* Handle domestic and international travel inquiries.
* Assist customers with travel requirements and bookings.
* Create and customize travel itineraries.
* Assist with flight, hotel, transfer, and sightseeing bookings.
* Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel vendors.
* Assist with visa documentation and processing.
* Prepare boarding passes, vouchers, and booking documents.
* Handle customer queries before, during, and after travel.
* Maintain customer and booking records.
* Provide timely customer support.
Requirements
* 12th Pass or Graduate.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
* Interest in Travel & Tourism.
* Good learning ability and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
* Previous knowledge of the travel industry will be an advantage.
Compensation: 8,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
