We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible TPA Assistant to join our hospital team in Panvel. The ideal candidate will assist in handling insurance and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) processes, ensuring smooth coordination between patients, insurance companies, and hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance claim processes.
Coordinate with TPA representatives and insurance companies.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and required documents.
Prepare and submit pre-authorization and claim documents.
Follow up on claim approvals, queries, and settlements.
Maintain accurate records of insurance claims and patient files.
Coordinate with doctors, billing, and admission departments.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and TPA guidelines.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management preferred).
1+ years of experience in TPA, medical billing, insurance, or hospital administration.
Basic knowledge of health insurance and TPA processes.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
