Post - TPA Executive
Qualification - Graduate/12th Pass
Experience - Minimum 1 Year of TPA Experience
Location - Centre for Sight, 239, N4, Block N4, IRC Village, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751012
- Coordinate with patients, TPAs, and insurance companies for pre-authorization and approval of cashless treatments.
- Ensure all required documents are accurately compiled and submitted for pre-authorization and final billing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of empaneled TPAs, insurance policies, and procedures.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely settlement of bills.
- Manage and update TPA records and patient insurance details in the hospital system.
- Provide support to the front office and billing teams regarding patient eligibility and insurance status.
- Coordinate discharge documentation and ensure claim forms are properly filled and signed.
- Handle patient queries regarding insurance coverage, claim process, and approvals
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Compensation: 8,377.32 - 20,000.00 per month
