01Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and revenue across the South Zone for Used & New Car Loans.
- Manage and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual disbursement targets.
- Lead and mentor Regional/Cluster/Area Sales Teams across multiple states.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, sub-dealers, DSA/DST and other sourcing channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/channel network.
- Monitor sourcing, login, approval, disbursement, productivity and TAT metrics.
- Ensure healthy portfolio quality while maintaining strong business volumes.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collections and other functions for smooth case processing.
- Analyse market trends, competitor schemes, pricing and customer requirements.
- Drive productivity and performance through regular reviews, field visits and business planning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms and compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 8-15 years in Car Loan / Auto Finance / Retail Asset Sales.
- Strong experience in Used Car Loans is mandatory; New Car Loan experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have experience managing multiple states / a large geographical zone.
- Proven experience in team handling, dealer management and channel development.
- Strong understanding of the car finance market, competition and local market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates from Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs or Auto Finance companies preferred.

Key Success Metrics:
Business Growth - Disbursement - Dealer Network - Team Productivity - Portfolio Quality - TAT - leadership experience is particularly important for this Zonal Head role.
