We are hiring Trainee / Associate Recruiter (Freshers) - UK SHIFT (No CAB Facilities) IN-PERSON INTERVIEW Office Location : Perungudi, OMR We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a fresher, you will be trained to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source top talent, and collaborate with candidates and internal account managers.
Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, qualified networks (LinkedIn), and direct outreach.
Review CV's from job application, evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements, and assist in refining job descriptions.
Conduct initial screening calls, schedule interviews, coordinate between candidates and Account Managers, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Learn and handle hiring across various engagement models, including Permanent, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
Create basic recruitment materials, post job openings across relevant platforms, and send targeted email campaigns to potential applicants.
Maintain explicit, regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline and keep in touch with offered candidates until final onboarding.
