01Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign appropriate medical codes based on documentation.
Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures.
Follow medical coding guidelines and company quality standards.
Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
Identify documentation discrepancies and seek clarification when required.
Work closely with the team and attend required training sessions.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information.
Eligibility:
Certified / Non-certified candidates can apply.
Candidates with knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and medical coding are preferred.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Specialties: Urology, E&M, Radiology, Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry.
Compensation: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
