Conduct process training for new hires.
Deliver product, process, compliance, and sales training programs.
Develop and update training content, SOPs, FAQs modules.
Conduct refresher and remedial training based on QA and business findings.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate/PG in any discipline
2-5 years of experience in Training, preferably in Telesales, Insurance, BFSI, or Contact Center operations
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills .
