Role Summary
The Zonal Induction Training Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving induction and capabilitybuilding initiatives across the zone. The role ensures that all current sales employees, sales managers, and partner bank staff are equipped with the required product knowledge, selling skills, compliance understanding, and process clarity to perform effectively in their roles. The incumbent works closely with business leaders, HR, and partner banks to ensure training translates into measurable improvements in activation, productivity, and sales performance.
.Person to be based out of Cochin or Coimbatore and would be managing ROTN and Kerala.
Should know Tamil and Malayalam.
Compensation: 35,372.58 - 65,763.77 per month
