Training Manager(Finance Operations) (Hyderabad)

5+ years of relevant experience Solid Finance Operations background Experience delivering classroom and instructor-led training programs Oracle Fusion experience preferred, SAP or other ERP experience also considered Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills GCC, Shared Services, or GBS experience preferred

Deliver engaging classroom training sessions Train employees on finance processes and ERP systems Manage learning effectiveness and learner engagement Support role-based learning programs and continuous improvement initiatives .
