Job Description

Requirements

- Certification/Experience in Data Analysis. - 8+ years of operations management experience in US Wealth Management/Capital Markets/financial services; Industry certification is an added advantage. - Proficiency in planning, interpreting, analyzing, and presenting reports using tools like PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Excel. - Thorough knowledge of performance metrics, stakeholder management, client communication, and service level agreements. - Experience in managing client-facing roles, representing business/delivery for transformation projects, and implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. - Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to foster similar attributes within the team. - Willingness to work in a 24x7 operations environment with US working hours. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the assigned line of business at Project Money. Your key responsibilities will include: - Effectively monitoring and managing operations to ensure smooth functioning and successful interaction between internal and external stakeholders. - Analyzing performance trends using performance dashboards, implementing proactive measures to maintain competitive operations governance, and meeting contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Reviewing and reporting line of business metrics to senior leadership, suggesting areas for performance improvement. - Identifying and managing risks within the line of business, implementing effective controls with the support of other departments. - Strategically allocating responsibilities within the business unit, assigning roles and responsibilities according to changing business and stakeholder requirements. - Reviewing talent distribution and skill matrix periodically, overseeing recruitment and onboarding of operations staff, and aligning talent based on skills within the line of businesses. - Analyzing and resolving core challenges within the team, processes, and clients, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements. - Leading stakeholder communication, maintaining positive customer relationships, and interpreting organizational and client requirements with an agile approach. - Monitoring performance SLAs, ensuring smooth delivery, maximizing incentives, and identifying areas for operational expansion within the line of businesses. - Ensuring adherence to ISO/PCI compliance controls, implementing effective controls, and managing audit requirements within the line of businesses. - Motivating teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and enhancing skillsets through regular communication and feedback. - Leading employees towards career advancement, providing constructive feedback, counseling, and timely rewards and recognition.
