01Key Responsibilities
Proactively convert leads to confirmed sales, nurturing potential customers into loyal clients.
Design, customize, and sell high-quality Domestic and International travel itineraries for various segments (FIT, GIT, Corporate, Business Travel).
Assess and understand clients needs to craft personalized travel experiences and solutions.
Handle end-to-end travel planning, including transportation, accommodation, visa support, insurance, and concierge services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B vendors, hotels, DMCs, and transportation providers across India and abroad.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring seamless travel experiences and high customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage a small team within Sales and Operations, ensuring timely execution and quality service delivery.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of tour operations, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Leverage existing network to build strategic vendor partnerships and negotiate the best rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism (IATA Certification preferred).
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the travel industry.
Strong knowledge of Indian destinations, hotels, and transport vendors; exposure to international destinations is a plus.
Excellent command over English, Bengali, and Hindi (verbal and written).
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, email communication, and office systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and resourceful personality.
Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

Compensation: 12,000.00 - 17,000.00 per month
