- Assist customers with travel insurance inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel insurance plans.
- Process travel insurance policy requests accurately and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Verify customer documents and ensure all required information is complete before policy issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy transactions in the company''s system.
- Resolve customer queries related to policy coverage, documentation, claims process, and policy status.
- Follow up with customers and insurance partners to ensure timely completion of policy-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines while handling customer information.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports and MIS related to policy processing and customer requests .
