Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy transactions in the company''s system.
Resolve customer queries related to policy coverage, documentation, claims process, and policy status.
Follow up with customers and insurance partners to ensure timely completion of policy-related activities.
Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines while handling customer information.
Prepare and maintain daily reports and MIS related to policy processing and customer requests. .
