Role: Operations Head International Holiday Operations (FIT)
Location: Kalina, BKC, Mumbai
Working Days: 5 days a week from office, Saturday Work from Home / Half Day
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in International FIT Operations
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations for international luxury FIT holidays.Curate and coordinate customized travel itineraries based on individual client requirements.Handle tailor-made international holiday arrangements across multiple destinations.Coordinate with international suppliers, hotels, DMCs and other travel partners for smooth execution.Ensure all itinerary components are accurately planned and delivered as per client expectations.Manage trip-related coordination and resolve operational issues efficiently.Ensure a seamless and high-quality travel experience for luxury FIT clients.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of travel plans.Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in International FIT Operations.Experience in luxury international holidays / tailor-made travel will be preferred.Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel products.Experience in designing or coordinating customized itineraries.Strong vendor/supplier coordination and operational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple itineraries and client requirements simultaneously.Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.Compensation: 300,000.00 - 500,000.00 per year
