Hiring for an International BPO for the Travel domain (After-Hours Emergency Support)
Note: No work from Home
No hybrid
5 Days working
24*7 Shift,
Must be Excellent in English Communication.
Blended process.
Must have experience in either leisure or corporate Travel, preferably within an after-hours or emergency travel team in a call centre environment
Excellent knowledge of GDS - Sabre and Amadeus in Manual Key.
Ticketing procedures
Reissuance and Exchanges
Fare Interpretation
Commission handling for both Canadian and USA
BSP Billing and Settlement plan process.
CTC up to 7 Lakhs (Max 30% Hike on last CTC)
Relocation considered
Only Immediate Joiners
