Travel Sales Executive / Travel consultant

Gravitic Tours is looking for an energetic and client-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Gandhinagar. In this role, you will interact with clients, understand their travel needs, design customized tour packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Key Responsibilities Understand Client Needs: Interact with incoming leads and clients to understand their budget, travel dates, destination preferences, and accommodation requirements.Itinerary Planning: Plan, create, and customize domestic and international travel itineraries tailored to client expectations.Bookings & Coordination: Handle bookings for flights, hotels, holiday packages, transportation, and local sightseeing.Consultation & Advisory: Provide accurate information regarding travel destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and travel guidelines.Sales & Follow-ups: Handle customer inquiries promptly, share competitive quotations, follow up consistently, and close sales.Post-Sales Support: Provide assistance and support to clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure a smooth travel experience.Market Knowledge: Stay updated with current travel trends, destination highlights, promotional deals, and airline policies.Client Retention: Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.Requirements & Qualifications Education: Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Hospitality background is a plus).Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday package consulting, or customer support (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).Key Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills (Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English).Knowledge of popular domestic and international holiday destinations.Basic computer skills (MS Office, web browsing, booking portals).Strong sales attitude with a customer-first mindset.Compensation: 12,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person .
