As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling travel products and services,
providing travel advice, and ensuring a seamless booking process for clients. This role is
crucial in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their travel needs, and
ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, follow up on inbound inquiries,
and close deals to meet or exceed established sales KPIs.
Consultation & Itinerary Planning: Assess customer requirements (budget, dates,
interests) to design and present engaging, cost-effective travel packages.
Booking & Administration: Process reservations for flights, hotels, railway tickets
and travel insurance, ensuring accuracy in Quotation and payments.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of customer service,
promptly resolve complaints, and build long-term relationships to foster repeat
business.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and
destination details.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Bachelor's degree (Freshers are also invited)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate
effectively and build rapport with clients.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Tools, mailing and comparing rates with
other sites.
Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unforeseen
travel issues or cancellations
Compensation: 8,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
