Position 1: Travel Sales Executive (2 Openings)
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.
Sell domestic and international holiday packages.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Prepare quotations and customized travel itineraries.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Follow up with prospective customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Preferred Skills
Experience in travel sales or holiday package sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Position 2: Travel Operations Executive (2 Openings)
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end travel operations for domestic and international tours.
Handle bookings for flights, hotels, trains, visas, transfers, cruises, and sightseeing.
Prepare travel itineraries, vouchers, invoices, and travel documentation.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and travel partners.
Provide pre-travel and post-travel customer support.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and emergency travel situations.
Ensure smooth execution of tour packages.
Maintain booking records and update CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience in travel operations and itinerary planning.
Vendor coordination and booking management experience.
Knowledge of visa processing and travel documentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
13 years of experience in Travel Sales, Travel Operations, Tour Operations, or the Travel & Tourism industry.
Freshers with relevant Travel & Tourism certifications or training may also apply.
