01Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls for international travel customers
* Assist customers with flight bookings, travel packages, and related services
* Provide fare quotations and itinerary suggestions
* Convert leads into successful sales
* Upsell additional services like baggage, seat upgrades, hotels, insurance, etc.
* Maintain customer follow-ups and booking records in CRM
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
* Deliver professional customer service and issue resolution
Required Skills:
* Good English communication skills
* Strong sales and convincing ability
* Comfortable working in target-driven environment
* Basic computer knowledge
* Experience in international travel sales preferred
* Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is an added advantage
Eligibility:
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
* Candidates with flight sales, META, PPC, or car rental experience preferred
* Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs
