Treasury Accountant (Home working)

Role Description The Treasury Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing daily cash positions, monitoring bank balances, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs. The Treasury Accountant will prepare and analyze cash flow reports, support treasury forecasts, and assist in optimizing cash utilization. The role includes reconciling bank statements, supporting the preparation and review of financial statements, coordinating with internal departments and banking partners, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant policies accordance to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (USGAAP). This role requires working in the US/Night-shifts during month-end close activities. Working from home during night shifts otherwise, this will be a day-shift and working from the office. Strong treasury and cash management abilities, including Treasury Management, Cash Management, and Cash Flow oversight as per US GAAP & Statutory reporting principles . Solid understanding of Financial Statements and related accounting principles. Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making. Proficiency with spreadsheets and treasury/accounting software; advanced Excel skills are an advantage. Qualified CA or CMA with 3+ years of experience in a s hared service or FSSC (Financial Shared Service Center). Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and banking partners. Experience in corporate treasury or accounting roles, preferably within a fast-paced or service-oriented environment. Should have strong experience in SAP environment. .
