Job DescriptionJob PurposeThe Analysts primary responsibility will be to perform daily Treasury activities, provide support to the Corporate Treasury team based in the USA with a focus on cash management and operational tasks, and participate in special projects and process improvement activities. As part of the Corporate Treasury Department, you will interact with members of Accounting, Tax, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, and other departments.While you will be dealing with a US based treasury team you will be required to work a UK shift.ResponsibilitiesDetermine corporate cash requirements, prepare cash flow forecasts, and maintain appropriate daily cash flow proceduresPerform daily intercompany wire initiation and document management, including the updating of intercompany loan filesAssist with daily commercial paper operations including rate monitoring, issuance and maturity processing and month-end reconciliationManage external wire initiation and associated new beneficiary validationAssist with certain India payments, submissions, and intercompany invoice settlementsReconciliation and reporting of daily commercial paper tradesMonitoring and resolution of bank exception reports and reconciliation of bank feesAssist with completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes as requiredParticipate in additional projects, perform various ad hoc analyses, and identify and assist with process improvement and cost savings opportunitiesMaintain compliance with the Companys Treasury policies and internal controlsKnowledge And ExperienceBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3 years work experience in a Treasury and/or Finance roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong knowledge of cash management, financial markets, and banking operations.Superior interpersonal skills, including ability to operate in a deadline-driven team environmentDemonstrable reliability, flexibility, and strong work ethicProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with treasury management systems and financial software a plus but not required .
